IMPORTANT ADDITIONS IN THE SUCCESS PLAN:
1.Any distributor found doing activity in any network, within six months of resigning (termed as inactivity rule or period), example promoting any close relative, then the ID of the relative will be treated as a second ID and the same will be terminated.*
2.If any distributor is found promoting network in another line of Sponsorship, then the Company will take appropriate action against this Distributor. The second ID for whom the Distributor is doing activities will be terminated and network will be shifted, once the second ID for which the Distributor has been doing promotion/activities is identified.
3. If a complaint is received within six months against a distributor for working on a second ID, but the second ID is traced by us later than six months, then the second ID will be terminated even though the identification of the second ID was done after six months.
4.If any distributor is found taking different IDs, the company will take strict action against the distributor which can also lead to the termination of all the IDs, even though the IDs are discovered after a period of six months.
5.If a distributor does not submit DAF within 60 days (currently it is 90 days) of online joining, his/her ID will become invalid.
6. For Inactive Distributor - If any Distributor takes a second ID under their ‘Family’ after an inactivity period of 9 months, then their first ID will be treated as invalid.
