Teamwork is important for success at work. Teamwork means to work with others to complete a job or goal.Teamwork gives you a chance to share ideas and to share the work that you need to do.
You need to be able to give information to the people you work with.
You also need to be able to understand information and instructions from others.
You may not agree with all the people you need to work with.
It is important to give them a chance to speak and share their opinions even if you do not agree.
Team members want to hire people who can work well with others.

You have to work well with your team to win a game like baseball.
